In a bowl take both the flours. Add palak puree , 1 tbsp green chilli paste , salt and 1 tbsp oil to it. Make a soft dough. Rest it for 1/2 an hour.
In another bowl take grated paneer , grated cheese , ginger garlic paste , remaining green chilli paste , chaat masala , garam masala , black pepper powder , salt , chopped onion , chopped coriander and chopped capsicum.
Mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
From the dough make midium size balls .
Roll two chapatis from balls.
Take one chapati on working surface. Spread stuffing on it. Apply water on outer side.
Put another roti on it. Press gentally on sides and stick the sides.
Put this paratha on warm tava and shallow fry it with required oil.
Apply ghee on it or u can shallow fry it with ghee.
Served with ketchup or curd.
