combine all the ingrediants except oil
mix well and make a dough
oil the dough with 1 tsp oil and keep aside
take a sev maker and grease with oil
place the dough inside the sev maker and close the lid
heat oil in a kadai and press the sev maker to make sev
turn the side of sev, once it starts floating in the oil
take the sev out, once its colour changes
once cooled, serve or store in an air tight container
