Ingredients

  • Cooked rice - 1cup


  • Oil - 1teaspoon


  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon


  • Green chilli - 1 piece


  • Curry leaves - 5leaf


  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon


  • Peanut - 1/4cup


  • Yellow lentil - 1teaspoon (chana daal)


  • White lentil - 1teaspoon (urad daal)


  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Salt - 1 teaspoon


  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Directions

  • Take a pan add oil then add peanut fry it on medium flame till it golden brown, then put it in plate.
  • In the same pan add mustard seeds, yellow lentil, green chilli and white lentil fry for 1min.
  • Add curry leaves and asafoetida fry for 30sec
  • Add rice fry for 1min then add turmeric powder, salt fry for 2min.
  • Add lemon juice and fried peanut mix it well.
  • Turn off the flame and serve it with hot tea in the evening.
