Take a pan add oil then add peanut fry it on medium flame till it golden brown, then put it in plate.
In the same pan add mustard seeds, yellow lentil, green chilli and white lentil fry for 1min.
Add curry leaves and asafoetida fry for 30sec
Add rice fry for 1min then add turmeric powder, salt fry for 2min.
Add lemon juice and fried peanut mix it well.
Turn off the flame and serve it with hot tea in the evening.
