Mash rice.Add milk powder,coconut powder along with 1tbls sugar
Mix well make oval balla or urchoice
Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan boil till remain 3/4.
Add saffron and caradomn boil for 5 miutes
Heat oil in pan and fry rice balls on slow fire.
Dip in the milk Rabdi for 1-2hours
Serve decorate with pista.
