Ingredients

  • Boiled rice(leftover]-2cup


  • Milk3/4kg


  • Sugar-3tbls


  • Coconut powder-1tbls


  • Dry milk-1tbls


  • Caradom powder-1/5tsp


  • Saffron-3-4string


  • Oil for fry-1cup

Directions

  • Mash rice.Add milk powder,coconut powder along with 1tbls sugar
  • Mix well make oval balla or urchoice
  • Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan boil till remain 3/4.
  • Add saffron and caradomn boil for 5 miutes
  • Heat oil in pan and fry rice balls on slow fire.
  • Dip in the milk Rabdi for 1-2hours
  • Serve decorate with pista.
  • Eat chilled or as it is
