Leftover Rice Roti with a Twist For Kid's

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 cups leftover cooked rice

  • 3 green chillies

  • 1/2 inch grated Ginger

  • 1/2 cup rice flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste

  • 1 fistful coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp cummin seeds

  • 2 tablespoon oil for making roti

Directions

    Grind leftover rice ,cummin seeds ,Chilli and ginger in a mixer .

    To the rice mixture add rice flour and salt to taste

    Mix well till it binds together

  • 04

    Divide rice mixture into four balls

  • 05

    Dab the rice ball with rice flour and roll with a Rolling pin

  • 06

    Heat tawa on a medium flame

  • 07

    Transfer the uncooked rice roti to the tawa carefully

  • 08

    Drizzle oil and cook for few minutes on both the .Garnish with coriander leaves

  • 09

    Serve Leftover Rice roti with any pickle, chutney or tomato sauce.
