Ingredients

  • 500 gms mutton

  • 3 tbsp kabab masala

  • Oil 2 deep fry

  • 3 sprigs curry leaves

  • 1 tsp chilly powder

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt 2 taste

Directions

    Boil the mutton in pressure cooker with salt

  • 02

    Marinate the boiled mutton in kabab masala powder, chilly powder and lemon juice for 30 mins

  • 03

    In a Kadai heat oil to deep fry the mutton. Add the curry leaves

  • 04

    Fry the mutton till it gets a deep golden brown colour Serve hot. Sprinkle some chat masala powder to get that extra punch in the taste.
