Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Flattened rice: 200 gms (Washed & soaked)


  • Green chillies: 2


  • Onions: 2


  • Rice flour: 1/2 bowl


  • Ginger: 1


  • Cumin seeds: 2 tsp


  • Salt: 1-2 tsp


  • Oil: 10-12 tbsp

Directions

  • • Mix together all the ingredients along with rice flour and mix well
  • • Apply some oil on the palm and make round flattened shaped vadas out of the mixture
  • Heat oil in a kadai or deep bottomed pan
  • • Deep fry vadas into hot oil
  • • Flip the sides to fry from both the sides
  • • Mouthwatering Flattened Rice Vada is ready to serve
  • • Remove on an absorbent papper or on kitchen roll
  • • Serve immediately with Tomato Ketchup
