• Mix together all the ingredients along with rice flour and mix well
• Apply some oil on the palm and make round flattened shaped vadas out of the mixture
Heat oil in a kadai or deep bottomed pan
• Deep fry vadas into hot oil
• Flip the sides to fry from both the sides
• Mouthwatering Flattened Rice Vada is ready to serve
• Remove on an absorbent papper or on kitchen roll
• Serve immediately with Tomato Ketchup
