• Heat oil in a pan / wok
• Once oil gets hot enough, add cumin seeds and saute
• Add green chillies and saute
• Add sliced onions & saute again
• Add salt and mix it well
• Add ginger garlic paste & saute
• Add sliced tomatoes & capsicum and saute
• Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & garam masala powder and mix well
• Add vinegar & tomato ketchup and mix well
• Add cottage cheese (Paneer) and mix well
• Add handfull of coriander leaves and mix well
• Switch off the flame as Paneer Jalfrezi is ready to serve
• Remove on a serving plate
• Serve hot with roti or naan
