Take large mixing bowl and intjar bowl fill water and add 1 teaspoon salt mix n deep all soya chunks, keep aside for 45minutes.
Heat oil in wok splutter cumin seeds. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes on low high flame n add ginger garlic paste n saute for min on low flame.
Take out soya chunks from water drain extra water from soya chunks by press gently, now add soya chunks,. red chili powder, garam masala powder and some chopped coriander leaves if required then add little water n then bhunno.
Add basmati rice with required water n cook till done. switch off the flame and wait till air release. Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this soyachunks pulao with raita.
