Ingredients

  • 1 bowl suji


  • 1/2 bowl oats


  • Chopoed veggies onion 1 tomato 1 capsicum 1


  • 10 Curry leaves


  • 1 tsp rai dana


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp seasme seeds


  • 2 chopped green chillies


  • 2 tsp salt (acc to taste)


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 2 pinch baking soda


  • 1 tsp grated ginger


  • 1/2 bowl curd

Directions

  • Recp of oats suji handwo.... *1 bowl suji and 1/2 bowl plain oats soak for 1 hour adding curd and water. *Add water and make thick batter. *Add veggies of your choice (onion tomato capsicum peas Carrot ). *Add green chilli grated ginger curry leaves mix well. *Add salt turmeric chilli powder.mix well. *Heat kadai add 1 spn oil add rai and seasme seeds fry them. *Add 2 pinch of soda.in batter and mix quickly . *Pour half of batter in kadai .It will look like big idli . *Cover it and cook fr 2~3min on slow flame. *Open d lid flip it and cook frm other side . Apply some oils on side. *Transfer handwo in plate .Serve hot.
