1 .cup suji
2 . 1 1/2 hot water
3.Cornflower 2 tbsp
4.potato 1 nos (boiled)
5. coriander leaves
6. Chat masala
7. Aamchur pwd 1 tsp
8.Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
9.Salt
10. sesame seeds
Directions
1. Dry roast fine suji for 5 to 10 minutes.
2 .add 1and half cup hot water ,while adding water keep stirring ,add salt in it.now keep cover and let it steam for few seconds.
3 . Now let suji cool down.add boiled n mashed potato ,chat masala,aamchur pwd,salt,chilli flakes, coriander leaves and mix properly. grease the dish with little oil and spread this mixture evenly.now sprinkle sesame seeds on it.make pieces.
