Scoop the ice cream onto a cookie dutter place on the plate
Smoorh the top with the back of the ice cream
Scoop so you have flat disc
Repeat for each sandwich
Transfeer to the freezer
And freeze until solid
Aprox 2 hours
Using the same cookie cutter cut for equal rounds from the biorche
Save the extra for another dish
When the rounds are solid heat a frying pan
And toast the biorche rounds until golden btown
Transfer to a plate spread straberry jam
Onto half of the biorche slices
Rounds up top with the ice cream rounds
And cover with remaining biorche
Serve the ice cream sandwich news immediately and enjoy
