Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 slices of biorche


  • 10 1/2 oz peanut butter ice cream


  • 2 tsp of strawberry jam

Directions

  • Scoop the ice cream onto a cookie dutter place on the plate
  • Smoorh the top with the back of the ice cream
  • Scoop so you have flat disc
  • Repeat for each sandwich
  • Transfeer to the freezer
  • And freeze until solid
  • Aprox 2 hours
  • Using the same cookie cutter cut for equal rounds from the biorche
  • Save the extra for another dish
  • When the rounds are solid heat a frying pan
  • And toast the biorche rounds until golden btown
  • Transfer to a plate spread straberry jam
  • Onto half of the biorche slices
  • Rounds up top with the ice cream rounds
  • And cover with remaining biorche
  • Serve the ice cream sandwich news immediately and enjoy
