Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl amaranth red leaf chopped


  • 1 medium size onion finely chopped


  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped


  • Rice flour 2 cups


  • 1 cup approx Water to make the batter


  • 1/2 tsp cumin


  • 1 /2 tsp grated ginger


  • Salt 1 tsp /to taste

Directions

  • Add rice flour to the large bowl along with the amaranth leaves, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, cumin, grated ginger and salt, and mix every thing.
  • Now add water slowly in batches to the above mixture to form a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal size of ball.
  • Grease the skillet and place the ball and spread it with your fingers to give a round shape like a roti.
  • Cook it on both the sides and grease some oil after flipping.
