Add rice flour to the large bowl along with the amaranth leaves, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, cumin, grated ginger and salt, and mix every thing.
Now add water slowly in batches to the above mixture to form a soft dough.
Divide the dough into equal size of ball.
Grease the skillet and place the ball and spread it with your fingers to give a round shape like a roti.
Cook it on both the sides and grease some oil after flipping.
