Take a bowl
Add rice , cottage cheese , all sauces , salt n red chili powder in it n mix it well
Then add plain flour in it n mix it well n make fine mixture
Then take a bowl,
Put cheese cubes , chili flaks n oregano in it , mix it well
Take little mixture of rice
Fill cheese cube in it n again make a ball
Roll this ball in semolina
Then deep fry all till it become golden brown
Then take a pan
Add butter in it
Then add plain flour in it n saute it
Then add milk in it
Cook it till sauce become little thick
Pour this sauce on rice balls
Bake it for 5 mins on 180 degree
Sprinkle chili flaks n oregano on it.
N serve it.
