  • Semolina 1/2 cup

  • Curd 1/3 cup

  • Baking powder 1tsp

  • Salt 1/3 tsp

  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp

  • Oil 2sp

  • Boiled potatoes 4

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Coriander powder 1tsp

  • Dry mango powder 1tsp

  • Garam spice 1/2 tsp

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

  • Kasturi methi 1/3 tsp

  • Sesame seeds 1tsp

  • Gram flour 2tsp

  • Samber masala 1tsp

  • Onion 1 cut in circle

  • Tomato 1 cut in circle

  • Pizza sauce 1/3 cup

  • Cheese slice 2

  • Grated mozzarella cheese 1cup

  • Wheat flour 2 cup

  • Water 1cup

  • Banana pieces 1cup

  • Muskmelon pieces 1 cup

  • Water melon pieces 1cup

  • Mango pieces 1cup

  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1tsp

    Take a bowl

    Add semolina , oil , baking powder , curd , salt n red chili in it n mix it well

    N make fine batter

    Then grease idli mould with ghee

    Put idli batter

    Steam it for 15mins

    Idles ready

    Then take a bowl

    Add potatoes , gram flour n all spices in it..

    Mix it well n make tikki shape of the mixture

    Then sprinkle sesame seeds on it

    Shallow fry all tikkies

    When it become golden brown its done

    Then take 2 idlies

    Spread pizza sauce on it

    Then assemble onion n tomato slice in the middle of the idles

    Then put tikki n cheese slice in the middle..

    Take a small bowl

    Add flour , water n salt in it..

    Mix it well n make fine dough

    Then take small ball of dough

    Roll it with the help of rolling pin n make chapati shape

    Put chapati on tawa n cook it

    Then take one chapati

    Spread pizza sauce on it ,

    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it

    Bake it for 5 mins on 180 degree

    Sprinkle chat masala on it n add lemon juice on it n mix it well
