Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 bread slices cut corners


  • 1 1/4 cup milk


  • 1 tbsp custard powder


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 2-3 tbsp jam


  • 2-3 tbsp softened butter


  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts


  • 1 cup fresh fruits

Directions

  • Take bread slices. Apply butter and jam on slices.Cut into 4 triangles or cubes.Arrange bread pieces in greased dish.
  • In a pan take 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp sugar and boil till sugar dissolves.
  • In rest 1/4 cup take cold milk and dissolve custard powder. Add this custard powder into boiling milk and stir till thick. Cool it into room temperature.
  • Spread this custard on bread layer in a way that whole bread gets wet. Sprinkle nuts.
  • Preheat oxy fryer for 5 minutes at 140 c, keep dish in a fry basket and close it properly. Keep fryer at 140 c for 12 minutes.
  • Spread fruits on baked bread. keep in freezer for 20 minutes. serve cold.
