2 bowl elbow macaroni
1 bowl boiled corn
1/2 bowl bread crumbs
1 bowl mixed veggies like red bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, Paneer
1 tsp salt and black pepper powder
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
3-4 strawberry for garnish
Take a big pan. Fill up half with water. Allow the water to boil by adding pinch of salt and oil. When water starts boiling add macaroni to cook.
After 10 minutes macaroni will be cooked, check it properly in between so that it should not be over cooked, otherwise it will become mushy.
Sieve it, drain the excess water. Pour 2 glass of cold water over it and pinch of oil so that it should not stick.
Now take a pan, add oil, allow cumin seeds to crackle and add veggies and sauté it for sometime by adding salt and black pepper powder with tomato ketchup.
Now add boiled macaroni on this sautéed veggies.
Now add bread crumbs which r made by frying small pieces of bread in oil.
Then add boiled corn, cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
Crispy crumbs make it more delicious.
Sprinkle some peanuts and garnish with strawberries.
