8 white bread roundsizes, 1/2 cup sesame seeds (white roasted), 1 cup corn kernels boiled & crushed,3 potatoes boiled & grated , 1 green capsicum seeded & chopped ,1/2 bowl boiled green peas ,1 onion chopped , 2-3 green chillies seeded & chopped , 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped ,1 ginger chopped , 1/2 tsp white pepper powder, salt to taste , 1/2 cup cornflour starch ,oil to fry.
Directions
Cut the bread into roundels using a steel vati . Take potatoes in a bowl. Add green capsicum ,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves ,ginger ,corns ,white pepper powder ,salt & mix well. Spread the mixture on each bread roundel generously. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the potato mixtures & spread gently .Lightly roll in cornflour.Fry these gold coins.Garnish these gold coins with mayonnaise, pudina chutney,tomato sauce in short glasses.
