Ingredients

  • Semolina 1cup


  • Curd 1/2 cup


  • Baking powder 1tsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp


  • Dry red chili 2


  • Kari leaves 5


  • Rai 1tsp


  • Oil 1tsp for tempering

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add semolina , curd , baking powder , salt n red chili powder in it
  • Mix it well n make fine batter
  • Then grease teddy mould with ghee
  • Put batter on it
  • Preheat oven for 10mins
  • Bake dhokla for 15 mins on 180 degree
  • Demould it..
  • Take a pan
  • Add oil , dry red chili , rai n kari leaves in it
  • Cook it for 30 second
  • Pour tempering on dhokla
  • N serve hot
