Ingredients
Serves 2
For Bread, 1/2 cup luke warm water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp active yeast
6 to 7 grated garlic
1/3 cup lukewarm milk
1 tbsp olive oil for greasing
1/4 cup flour for dusting 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp mixed herb 1 tbsp fresh chopped corriender 1 tsp butter for top
For Chicken malai, 300 gram chicken breast cut in chunks
75 gram mozzrella cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger nicely crushed
1 tsp garlic nicely crushed
1 tsp green chilli nicely chopped and crushed
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp corrinder powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp all spice powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
For white sauce, 1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp mixed herb
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp chopped corriender
Directions
Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm water and keep aside till ferment
Add flour and salt ina deep mixing bowl and add grated garlic and mix dry
Now add ferment yeast and make soft dough, grease some oil and cover the dough for prooveing
For Chicken, Take all masala with all spice powder,salt,mustard sauce nicely crushed and chopped ginger and garlic and other ingredients in deep bowl mix all well and keep aside for marinate for 2 hours (except mozzrella cheese and oil )
For Malai Chicken White Sauce, melt butter in pan and add maida in it and roaste it when plesant smell comes add milk in small batches for prevent the lumbps of flour
When all milk add start to cook add salt, mixed herb,chilli flakes and corriender in this,cook for a half minute, now switch of gas and keep aside for next step
After marination the chicken heat oil in pan add marinated chicken and white sauce and half cook on high flame
Now take ferment dough place in hard surface and knead it again and again till comes soft and smooth,devide in two equal part
Now make chapati of the dough and place the malai chicken marination and mozzarella cheese in one side and flip the other side over the filling
Mix butter and corrinder in a bowl and spread this with brush over the filled chapati
Now place the filled chapati in lined baking dish and sprinkle some chilli flakes and mixed herb over the top
Left it for atleast 20 minutes for increases the size
Now bake this on preheated oven at starting 200* for 10 minutes after it decreses the temprature 170* to 180* for again 10 minutes to crisp and brown in colour

Serve hot with red chilli sauce and with tomato sauce for more taste
