Tie curd over night , so that it will become thick
Then take a bowl
Add thick curd , powder sugar ,1/2 milk n cardamom in it n mix it well
Shrikhand is ready
Then grind all biscuits n make fine powder
Add milk in it n make fine dough
Then take a pan
Add grated apple n sugar in it
Cook it on slow flame till it become dry
Then add cinnamon powder in it n mix it well
Then take tart mould
Grease it with some butter
Spread all biscuit dough on it
Then spread apple paste on it
Then spread shrikhand on it..
Keep it into freeze for 2 hours
Demould it..
Decorate it with some fruits n biscuit powder n serve chilled
