Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 6 Monaco biscuits

  • 1 yellow bell pepper rounded

  • 1 tomato de seed and rounded

  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup

  • 5-6 small paneer pieces

  • 2 tsp besan

  • 1/2 tsp salt, red chilli powder and Amchoor

  • 2-3 basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Directions

    Firstly dissolve besan in little amount of water by adding salt and red chilli powder and Amchoor to make paneer pakoras.

    Dip paneer pieces and coat it properly on all sides in besan batter.

    Fry in oil till golden brown.

  • 04

    Take 1 Monaco biscuit. Apply tomato sauce on 1 side and mayonnaise on other side.

    In between keep 1 Paneer pakore. 1 side added tomato pieces and other side yellow bell peppers.

  • 06

    On both sides attach basil leaves and prick 1 toothpick in centre and it will come in form of a innovative kids loving burger.
