Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boiled mashed potatoes 4

  • Finely chopped onion 2

  • Finely chopped tomatoes 4

  • Finely chopped capsicums 2

  • Grated Cabbage and cauliflower mixed 1 cup

  • Salt 1-2 teaspoons

  • Grated cheese 2 tablespoons

  • Pav / buns 4-6

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Pav bhaji masala 1-2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Chopped coriander for garnishing 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger garlic paste 1-2 teaspoons

Directions

    Heat butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped onion , saute till golden

  • 02

    Now add tomato and cook till soft

  • 03

    Add Finely chopped all the veggies , adjust salt , mix well and cook covered for some time

    Add mashed potatoes, pav bhaji Masala , mix well cook covered

  • 05

    Mash and keep stirring occasionally

    For bombs , make a square pit/ cavity in each pav , and press it gently

    Now give a layer of cheese in bottom and then fill the cavity with ready bhaji

    Lastly, cover the cavity with some more cheese

    By the time preheat oven

    Apply some butter on pav bun.

    Keep it in oven safe dish and bake it for 10-15 minutes on 180-200 degrees

    Remove from oven and serve hot immediately and enjoy endlessly with kids , family and friends
