Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup cottage cheese( paneer)

  • 1/4 cup boiled potatoes mashed

  • 3 green chillies finely choppd

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped

  • 2 tsp finely chopped onion

  • 2 tsp finely chopped ginger

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp finely chopped red bell pepper

  • 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp finely chopped green bell pepper

  • 1 tsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper

  • 1 tsp grated carrot

  • 4 tsp bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup

  • 2 amul cheese cube

  • 100 ml oil for shallow fry

Directions

    Take a v cleaan dry bowl and add all the ingridents except tomato sauce and cheese cube

    Mix all well

  • 03

    Take aa small portion and roll it

  • 04

    With the help of thumb make a small impression and put little amount of sauce and a small peice of cube and cover it gently

    Again form the shape of cutlets gently

  • 06

    Make remaining cutlets from the remaining mixture

  • 07

    Coat all the cutlets with bread crumbs and gently tap it so that bread crumbs stick to the cutlets from all sides

  • 08

    Take a non stick tava and shallow fry to both sides till colour turns to golden brown
