Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 grated radish


  • 1 cup rice flour


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 cup water


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1 tsp flakes


  • 1 green chilli


  • 2 tsp spring onion green


  • 2 tbsp Butter for fry kabab

Directions

  • Heat water and add salt and oil
  • When boil add rice flour
  • Mix and cover for 5 min.
  • Grate radish
  • And squeeze it for removeing water
  • Take rice flour and bring it combined with hands
  • Add spices and radish in it
  • Add coriander leaves,spring onion and flakes
  • Take oil in hand and make kababs
  • Heat tawa add butter and cook kababs from both sides
  • Serve with chutney
