Ingredients
Serves 4
2 tbsp white sesame
1tsp urad dal
1tsp chana dal
3 driedred chillies
2 tbsp fresh grated coconut
1cup rice flour
1.5cup water
1tbsp oil
1/2tsp salt
1tbsp oil for tampering
1tsp masturd
Directions
Dry roast dried Red Chillies sesame seed urad dal chana dal on low flame till the lentils are golden
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool
And fresh coconut and grind it in the mixer into a course powder
Set aside for later use
Take a fan ad in a cup of floor to the pan roast the floor on the medium flame until the floor is very hot to touch remove and set aside
Take a big pan add water in and boil it
Add salt in it
Add flour in it and mix gently
stir continuously
Take it out when the dough leaves the pan
Cool down for some time
Add oil in it and smear it need like a smooth dough
All your hands and make small balls with it
