Crush biscuits and add sugar and melted butter
Make sand like crumb
Take loosebottom tart mould and transfer biscuit mix in it
And press in bottom and upto walls
Keep in freeze for 30 min.to set
Take cream cheese and sugar and beat it
Take whip cream and beat it
Now fold it in cream cheese mix
Add vanilla essence
And pour this mixture into tart
And keep in freeze for 1.5 hour
Now demould it
Dacorate with desired fruits
Brush honey upon them
Serve cold
