Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boiled potatoes 4

  • Finely chopped coriander 2 teaspoons

  • Amchur powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste 1/2 -1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Oil or butter for shallow frying 1-2 tablespoons

Directions

    Peel off boiled potatoes and grate them

  • 02

    In a mixing bowl take all above mentioned spices , salt and grated potato

  • 03

    Mix well and stuffing is ready

  • 04

    Take tennis ball size dough , dust it with some flour

  • 05

    Roll out Chatpati and spread ready stuffing on it

    Gather all the edges and seal it in middle

  • 07

    Dust it again amd lightly roll out paratha

  • 08

    Heat tawa amd dry roast paratha from both sides

  • 09

    Add some oil or butter and shallow fry paratha by gentle pressing

  • 10

    Shallow fry till golden brown

  • 11

    Cut into pieces amd serve hot with Tomato sauce , Chutney or curd
