Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 30 ml oil

  • 1 cinnamon

  • 2 cloves

  • 2 cardamom

  • 2 chopped green chillies

  • 2 chopped onions

  • 5 gms ginger garlic paste

  • 1 Chopped tomato

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp full any pickle masala or gravy or pickle

  • 1 tsp chilly powder

  • Salt 2taste

Directions

     Heat oil in a Kadai. Add cinnamon, cloves, Cardamom

  • 02

    Add green chillies and onions.

  • 03

    Once the onions are cooked, add Ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is gone.

    Add tomato and cook till it softens.

  • 05

    Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, Pickle masala/ achar, chilly powder and saute well.

     Add scrambled Paneer and salt to taste and mix well. Cook the mixture on low flame for 2 minutes.

    Serve it hot with Chapathis/Rotis/paratas or use it as a filling for Paneer parata.
