Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms paneer


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 5 gms ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 30 oil


  • 1 green chilli


  • 2 sliced onion


  • 1/4 diced capsicum


  • 1 tomatao


  • 5 gms chings schezwan fried rice masala powder


  • 5 ml soya sauce


  • Salt 2 taste

Directions

  • Marinate Paneer with curry leaves, a little salt, Ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder for 15 mins
  • In a pan, add butter, add the marinated Paneer and toss fry the paneer for a min or till the sides of the paneer are shallow fried till golden colour.
  • In a kadai, oil, green chilly, onions and capsicum. Fry till the capsicum is semi cooked.
  • Add tomato and a chings schezwan fried rice powder ,soya sauce.
  • To this add the shallow fried paneer. Add salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Paneer Pyaaza with Capsicum is ready to serve.
