Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup (150) gm Basmati rice


  • 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped


  • 1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped


  • 1/2 cup Carrot chopped


  • 1/4 cup French beans finely chopped


  • 3-4 Green chilies finely chopped


  • 1 Onion finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste


  • 1 tsp Garlic paste


  • 2-3 tsp Soya sauce


  • 4-5 tsp Tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar


  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto


  • 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce


  • 1 /4 tsp Black pepper


  • 5-6 tsp Oil for tempering


  • 1 tsp salt or as per your taste

Directions

  • Wash & soak rice for half an hour.
  • Meanwhile chop veggies in small pieces.
  • In a pressure cooker add rice, salt, 2 tsp oil & 1.5 cup water. Cook it over medium flame. After one whistle. Switch off gas.
  • Heat oil in a wok. add onion. Once it translucent. Add ginger, garlic paste. Saute well. Add veggies. Saute it till all tender.
  • Add all sauces & spices. Mix all properly. Saute it for a minute. Remove from gas.
  • Add cooked rice in vegetables. Mix properly. Serve hot.
