Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 cup basmati rice

  • 2 fried onion( barista)

  • 1tsp shahijeera

  • 2 cardamom

  • 1inch cinnamon

  • 2-3 cloves

  • 1bay leaf

  • 1tsp fennel pd

  • 1tsp ginger pd

  • 3-4 tbs ghee

  • Dry fruits(4 Almonds, cashew,walnuts, pustachio)

  • Fresh fruits( 1 apple, grapes, pomegranate seeds)

  • 1tsp salt

Directions

    In a pan take ghee

    Then add garam masala whole

  • 03

    Then fennel pd, and ginger pd

  • 04

    Add rice and stir

  • 05

    Add hot water

    Let it cook on high flame

    Then cookon sim till water gets evaporated

    While serving garnish rice with fried onion, dry fruits and fresh fruits.

    Serve immediately
