Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cup basmati rice


  • 2 fried onion( barista)


  • 1tsp shahijeera


  • 2 cardamom


  • 1inch cinnamon


  • 2-3 cloves


  • 1bay leaf


  • 1tsp fennel pd


  • 1tsp ginger pd


  • 3-4 tbs ghee


  • Dry fruits(4 Almonds, cashew,walnuts, pustachio)


  • Fresh fruits( 1 apple, grapes, pomegranate seeds)


  • 1tsp salt

Directions

  • In a pan take ghee
  • Then add garam masala whole
  • Then fennel pd, and ginger pd
  • Add rice and stir
  • Add hot water
  • Let it cook on high flame
  • Then cookon sim till water gets evaporated
  • While serving garnish rice with fried onion, dry fruits and fresh fruits.
  • Serve immediately
  • A unique kashmiri pulao is ready to enjoy
