Ingredients

Serves 6

  • For Rolls, 1/2 cup corn meal

  • 1/2 cup gram flour

  • 1/2 cup rice flour

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp butter for greasing the rolls

  • For Harissa Paneer Marination, 1 cup paneer cut in cubes

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp corriender powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Harissa mayo sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  • For Tempting, 1 tbsp oilve oil

  • 1 medium size onion nicely chopped

  • 4 garlic cloves nicely chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot

  • 1/2 cup grated or cut in long size capsicum

  • 1/4 tsp salt or as per taste

Directions

    Take paneer cubes add salt and keep aside for 20 minutes

    After 20 minutes add turmeric,cumin,corriender and cinnamon powder toss it and marinate it again for 20 minutes

    Now add mayonaise, harissa mayo sauce and lemon juice in paneer toss again and keep aside for next step

    Take corn meal, gram flour, rice flour and all purpose flour in a deep mixing bowl add some salt, baking soda, green chilli paste and curd now mix and no lumbps remaning in this. Now add required water to make like dosa better and keep aside for 15 minutes to set

    Take olive oil in other pan add chopped garlic and onion when both soft add grated carrot and capsicum and just toss for 45 seconds not to cook

    Add marinated paneer in this and stir for 1 minute and keep aside

    Now sprinkle some black and white sesame seeds on tawa

    Pour the better on roasted sesame seeds and tap with spoon for spread the better

    Now grease the sides of better with butter

    Arrange the harissa paneer filling in centre

    And roll both sides

    And rest it on hot tawa for 30 seconds for crisp
