Marinate the cleaned prawns with (set1a ingredients.)
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated prawns and fry for 7 minutes.
Boil Potato and set it aside, cool once it is cooked 3/4th. Peal the potato and cut into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and satue onion. and add fennel seeds cumin powder, turmeric (. set 2 ingredients) Add the potato cubes , and salt and pepper( if needed) and satue well. Add cooked quinoa and fried prawns and mix well. Serve quinoa with greanpeas and pepper powder in the shape of butterfly.
Use greanpeas as the body and quinoa as the wings.
