Wash n soak rice
In a vessel take oil add whole garammasala followed by onion slices
Let the onion turn into light gplden colour
Add ginger garlic paste stir for seconds
Now add green chillies, mint and chopped coriander
Add salt, lemon juice and coriander pd
Now add soaked rice and stir for seconds
Now add 6 cups of hot water
Let it cook on high flame
Once the water is absorbs lower the gas
Add ghee on top,and food colour mixed with little milk in one side cover n cook on low flame for 5_7 minutes
Once fone swith off the gas and serve with nonveg gravy of your choice
