  • 1 cup wheat
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp chopped nuts
  • 1 small banana chopped
  • 2tsp honey
  • water 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 pinch

Directions

  • make wheat pan cakes by mixing wheat water and salt .
  • mix grated coconut nuts banana and honey
  • spread the mix over pan cakes . roll it
  • cut it
  • decorate with honey
