Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Wheat flour 2 cup


  • Semolina 1tsp


  • Ghee 2tsp


  • Salt 1/5 tsp


  • Water 1cup


  • Mango puree 1cup


  • Powder sugar 2tsp


  • Boondi 1/2 cup


  • Aloo bhujiya 1/3 cup

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add flour ,semolina ghee n salt in it n mix it well
  • Then add water in it n make fine dough
  • Take small balls of dough n roll it with the help of rolling pin n make little golgappe
  • Deep fry all golgappas till it become golden brown
  • Then take a cup n add mango puree n sugar in it n mix it well
  • Then fill mango puree in all golgappas
  • Then fill boondi n aloo bhujiya in it
  • Sprinkle red chili.powder on it..
  • Ready to eat
