Take a bowl
Add flour ,semolina ghee n salt in it n mix it well
Then add water in it n make fine dough
Take small balls of dough n roll it with the help of rolling pin n make little golgappe
Deep fry all golgappas till it become golden brown
Then take a cup n add mango puree n sugar in it n mix it well
Then fill mango puree in all golgappas
Then fill boondi n aloo bhujiya in it
Sprinkle red chili.powder on it..
Ready to eat
