Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl curd


  • 3/4 bowl semolina


  • 1/4 cup besan


  • 1 tsp Eno


  • 1/4 tsp cooking soda


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

  • Take curd in a bowl
  • Add semolina and besan in it. Mix well by adding all dry spices.
  • Add chopped almonds... add Eno .. just before when we have to pour in baking cups
  • After greasing baking cups pour batter in baking cups
  • Preheat the oven for 2 minutes at 180c
  • Arrange the silicone baking cups in oven.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes at 220 c
  • Enjoy with tomato ketchup...
