Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 bowl curd

  • 3/4 bowl semolina

  • 1/4 cup besan

  • 1 tsp Eno

  • 1/4 tsp cooking soda

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

    Take curd in a bowl

  • 02

    Add semolina and besan in it. Mix well by adding all dry spices.

    Add chopped almonds... add Eno .. just before when we have to pour in baking cups

  • 04

    After greasing baking cups pour batter in baking cups

  • 05

    Preheat the oven for 2 minutes at 180c

  • 06

    Arrange the silicone baking cups in oven.

  • 07

    Bake it for 15 minutes at 220 c

  • 08

    Enjoy with tomato ketchup...
