Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl curd


  • 3/4 bowl sooji


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp paneer


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 packet Eno


  • 1 onion and tomato chopped


  • 1/4 cup red and yellow bell peppers chopped


  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds to garnish

Directions

  • Make a batter of curd, sooji, salt and paneer.
  • Allow this batter to stand for 10 minutes.
  • Now add Eno packet.it will ferment and becomes fluffy and light weight.
  • Pour the batter slowly spreading on non stick tawa.
  • Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and bell peppers.
  • Cook both sides till golden brown.
