Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 bowl curd

  • 3/4 bowl sooji

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp paneer

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 packet Eno

  • 1 onion and tomato chopped

  • 1/4 cup red and yellow bell peppers chopped

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds to garnish

Directions

    Make a batter of curd, sooji, salt and paneer.

  • 02

    Allow this batter to stand for 10 minutes.

  • 03

    Now add Eno packet.it will ferment and becomes fluffy and light weight.

  • 04

    Pour the batter slowly spreading on non stick tawa.

  • 05

    Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and bell peppers.

  • 06

    Cook both sides till golden brown.
