Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 glass boiled rice

  • 1 cup boiled corns

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 250 gm. Spinach

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2-3 dry red chilies

  • 6-7 curry leaves

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tomatoes

Directions

    Wash the spinach boil it and then grind it in the mixer.

    Make the puree of tomatoes

    Heat up the oil in the pan crackle cumin seeds and rai in it and put all the dry masala in it then add tomato puree. Saute well and add salt and spinach in it

    After 5 minutes add the boiled rice in it

    Now add the curd and give the tarka of mastard seeds and red chilies. Decorate it with curry leaves
