4 potatoes boiled and mashed
1 cup flattened rice soaked and drained water
1/4 cup boiled green peas
1 carrot finely chopped
1 capcicum finely chopped
1 tsp salt
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp corinder powder
1/4 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1tsp chat masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp rice flour
1_4 tsp maggi masala magic
500 ml oil for frying
Directions
Take bowl add all thngs except oil
Mix all ingrodents and make shape of cutlet of ur choice
Deep fry all cutlets nd serve hot with tomto ketchup or green chutney
