Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 cup rice

  • 1 cup tooar daal

  • 1½ cup moong dhuli daal

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1 cup peas

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp peanuts

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1 small bottle gourd

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp rai

  • 3-4 goal mirch

  • 2-3 cloves

Directions

  • 01

    wash all the vegetables, soak rice and both the daals and wash

  • 02

    In a pressure cooker put 4 tbsp oil and crackle rai and jeera in it.

    Now put all the whole masala in it , all cut vegetables, peanuts and sesame seeds in it.

    Put daal chaval and 300 mltr water , srir for some time then put whistle and after 10 minutes turn off the gase
