Ingredients

  • 2 Cup cooked rice


  • 1 chopped slices potato


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp chana dal


  • 1 tbsp Urrad dal


  • 2 tbsp mungfali(peanuts)


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 8-10 Karri patta


  • 1 red dry chilli


  • 1/4 tsp Rai jeera each


  • Pinch of hing


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dhana powder


  • Salt to taste


  • Fresh dhaniya for garnish

Directions

  • Ek pan me oil heat hone par mungfali add kare 1 min roast kre
  • Fir chana dal add kare n 1 min baad urrad dal, Rai, jeera, hing add kare
  • Red dry chilli dale n mix it, aalu add kre, Salt n haldi add karke 2 min cook kare
  • Add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder n Mix it
  • Add boiled rice n Mix well
  • Add lemon juice n mix well.. Dhaniya Patti se garnish kre its ready to eat
