Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 bowl maida

  • 1 bowl milk powder 1 bowl fresh malai

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 1 tbsp custard powder

  • 1 tsp cornflour

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp oil for greasing

  • 1/4 tsp each of red, yellow and green colour

  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

  • 1/2 tsp of stars, cream and gems for garnish

Directions

    Firstly sieve maida, milk powder and baking powder about 3 Times so that there should not be any air and cake turn out to be sponge and soft.

    Now mix these 3 ingredients. Then add malai, cornflour and custard powder and sugar.

    Mix all ingredients to avoid lumps.

  • 04

    Add desired water to adjust consistency so that it should flow freely.

    Add essence and almonds to mix well.

  • 06

    Then divide batter into 3 parts.. 3 colour added in each part.. mix well

  • 07

    Take a silicone floral cup, grease it and pour the batter in cups.

    Preheat the baking oven for 5 minutes at 180c

  • 09

    Then put this silicone baking cups in oven for 40 minutes and yummy floral roses cake r ready to be served
