1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
5-6 almonds chopped
2 tbsp mango peeled and chopped
1 tbsp mixed of colourful sewain, silver balls,stars and almonds chopped for garnish
Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add semolina and cook on low heat stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
Add sugar, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add mango pulp, milk and mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add almonds, raisins and half of chopped mangoes and mix well.
