preparing yoghurt...
Put a muslin cloth over strainer.Pour yoghurt over muslin cloth. Place bowl underneath the strainer to collect excess water.
Next gently squeeze the excess water from yoghurt.
Move the yoghurt with strainer and bowl into refrigerator for about 4 hours to drain excess water.
Yoghurt will become thick in consistency like a cheese ball.
Add mango pulp, sugar and cardamom powder to yoghurt and mix gently till sugar dissolves.
Chill the Amrakhand before serving.
