Rice ko 2 baar pani se dhokar 5 minutes bhigo kar rakhe.
Fir rice me salt dakar rice ko cook kare.
Jab rice aadhe cook ho jaye yani ki ek dana kachha bolte h waise rice cook karne h. (Rice ko galana ya naram nhi karna h)
Plate me ek dana rice ka le or use hath se dabakar dekhe agar rice hath se dab jaye to samaj lijiye rice pak chuke h.
Ab rice ko kisi plate me nikal kar thanda kar le.
Ab ek kadai me oil garam kare.
Mungafali add kare n 1 min roast kre.
Chana daal add kre 1 min roast kare.
Fir urrad daal or rai add karke 1 min or roast kare.
Kari patta or dry chilli add kare.
Raw mango(Keri) ko kaddukas karke add kare 1 min cook kre.
Pake huye rice, sambhar masala, kitchen king masala,salt or pudina ko cut kare isme add karke mixi karde.
It's ready to eat.....Pachadi (Rayta) or salad ke sath serv kare.
