  • beetroot 2 cups

  • Khoya 1 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Coconut 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Sogi 1/2 cups

  • Kaju 1/2 cups

  • Melon Seeds 1/2 cups

  • Desi Ghee 1/2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    First take a pan add grated beetroot cook till the moist gone

  • 02

    Than when it's dry add Desi Ghee add little milk cover the lid for 5 mins

  • 03

    Now add khoya in it mix it very well add sugar, ilaichi powder,kaju,sogi,Melon seeds stir it for 5 mins and serve it
